Paragon Mortgages – UK Mortgage Lender

The origin of the company dates back to 1985 when National Home Loans Corporation (NHLC) was set up as a mortgage lender. The company was restructured in 1995 and Homeloans Direct (which was subsequently renamed as Paragon Mortgages) was launched. Nowadays, Paragon Mortgages specialises in buy to let mortgages and is the third largest provider of buy to let mortgages in the UK.

The company has two offices, in Epsom and Solihull.

Mortgage Products

Buy to Let Mortgages: 2 year and 3 year fixed rate mortgages; 2 year, 3 year and 5 year discounted rate mortgages and remortgages; base rate tracker mortgages and remortgages; standard variable rate mortgages and remortgages.

Having won the Buy to Let Lender of the Year in 2002, 2003 and 2004 as well as the 2004 Business Finance Awards, Paragon is now recognised as one of the UK leading providers of buy to let residential mortgages.

As specialist providers that have been in the market since 1995, Paragon prides itself in having in depth knowledge and understanding of the market that can be readily passed on to its clients both new and existing.

The mortgages services that are available include one-off buy to let mortgages for a single residential property as well as buy to let portfolio mortgages that can be used to expand and grow a residential buy to let portfolio.

Although Paragon is based in Epson and Solihull the products are available for any customer across the whole of the UK.
