A borrow amount calculator allows you to input your annual gross income and any second income you may have. Second income is likely to be your husband/wife or partner and is usually considered if you are seeking a joint mortgage. By entering your annual income into the calculator and clicking submit the system will calculate the amount you are likely to be able to borrow based on 4 times your annual income.

Mortgage Deposit Calculator
A deposit calculator allows you to enter in the price of the property you are looking to purchase as well as the percentage of deposit that your mortgage lender requires. Once you have done this the deposit calculator will calculate how much in monetary terms you need to have available for a deposit.

Stamp Duty Calculator
This calculator will allow you to enter the price of the property you are buying and calculate the amount you will need to pay in stamp duty. The amount shown will be in percent. The higher the price of the property you are looking at the more stamp duty you will need to pay.
