The society has 11 branches throughout Northern Ireland.

Discounted Mortgages: 2 year and 3 year discounted rate mortgages and remortgages.
Buy to Let Mortgages: 3 year fixed rate and 3 year discounted rate mortgages and remortgages.
One of the largest mutual building societies in the UK and the largest in Northern Ireland, the Progressive offers personal advice and assistance to customers across Northern Ireland, as well as further afield.
The Progressive Building Society prides itself in being an important member of the community and regularly invests in charity works and developments. By reinvesting its profits back into the society, all members are able to benefit from preferential rates.
As well as offering a range of good value and easy to understand mortgages, the Progressive also offers a well thought out selection of savings accounts to suit just about every type of investor. From long term notice accounts to shorter term easy access accounts, it is possible for members to simply save with the society or to combine the account with a mortgage to ensure that unforeseen circumstances are catered for.
