Fixed Rate Mortgages: 2 year, 5 year and 10 year fixed rate mortgages.
Flexible Tracker Mortgages: 2 year and lifetime base rate tracker mortgages.
Remortgages: 3 year fixed rate and flexible tracker mortgages.
Buy To Let: 3 year fixed rate and discounted rate mortgages.
As with many other building societies, the Derbyshire Building Society works in a way that passes any profits onto its members, allowing it to offer competitive rate mortgages to those within the immediate scope of the organisation. As well as offering these excellent value mortgages to all, the Derbyshire also has a range of mortgages specifically for qualifying existing members, which have low or no fees and favourable rates.
As well as the mortgage options there is also a range of savings and investment accounts that can be used alongside the mortgage or as an independent product. It is possible for clients to have online savings accounts as well as offshore and mortgage linked accounts.
The Derbyshire Building Society also offers comprehensive financial planning advice including all aspects of buying and selling assets as well as tax efficiency and inheritance planning. This service is offered through a third party Derbyshire IFS Limited.
